Curcumin, powerful antioxidant – anti-inflammatory
The main component of Turmeric is curcumin, which is found in the root of the plant and is responsible for its yellow color. Studies have shown that Turmeric's curcumin can inhibit substances involved in inflammatory excretion. For this reason Turmeric is often used in combination with Glucosamine Sulphate to treat joint symptoms such as stiffness. Turmeric is also increasingly being recommended in formulations formulated for people with back pain, yet almost all of these formulations provide token levels of the spice.
Dosage : 1-2 tablets per day.
