Aloe gel helps prevent, restore and alleviate many different diseases, such as digestive disorders and diabetes, as well as joint pain, bruises, cuts, abrasions and eczema. It also detoxifies the body, helps with better oral hygiene, bowel movement, weight management and strengthening the immune system.
Aloe's nutrients include vitamins A, C and E.
Vitamin A (retinol) is famous for its anaplastic properties in cells and is widely used in cosmetology as an anti-wrinkle ingredient.
Vitamin C has antioxidant properties and strengthens the immune system, helps in the formation of skin collagen and maintains its health.
Vitamin E, with its antioxidant and regenerative properties, protects the skin, preventing damage to the cell membrane. Aloe is also a rich source of minerals (eg iron, chromium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, etc.), enzymes (they have excellent healing properties for the skin and tissues), amino acids and other nutrients.
Its numerous properties are due to its individual components, but also to their synergistic action. It is distinguished mainly as regenerative, healing, anti-inflammatory, anti-itching, moisturizing, detoxifying, antioxidant, cytoprotective, astringent, etc.
Other vitamins: Contains folic acid, B1, B2, B3, B6, while it is one of the few plant sources of vitamin B12.

Daily dose
2 or 3 times of 15ml (1 tablespoon). It is drunk straight or mixed with water or juice of your choice.
Restrictions:
Overdose may produce a mild laxative effect. Not to be taken by pregnant women and people who have undergone a transplant of foreign organs. The product may contain traces of aloin.
Store in a dry and cool (up to 12°C) environment. After opening, the product should be stored in a refrigerator for up to 30 days.
